**Exchanges and Store Credit Only**
We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for eligible items. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
**Damaged Items**
If you receive an item that is damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. To process an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will require the item to be shipped back to us for inspection. Once we have verified the damage, we will promptly arrange for an exchange or issue store credit.
**Return Process**
To initiate a return for an exchange or store credit, please contact cmelacreations@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged item.
